Effectize was founded in 2002 (as eQuality Solutions) specifically to provide Lotus development services. The developers already had more than 5 years of experience developing Lotus software by then.
Now the company has 20 employees, 10 of which are certified Lotus professionals, which makes the team one of largest Lotus development companies in Russia.
We have started developing in .NET a couple of years ago, but have already done a few notable projects.
The office is located in the scientific center of Russia, in Academgorodok, where the Siberian Branch of the Academy of Sciences is located. Maybe that's why everyone is:
- well educated, at least with five years of specialized higher education
- good-natured, generous and always ready to help
- fluent in English

Roman Romenskiy, Co-Founder
All my work is about our customers. They are the greatest value and asset, and as the leader of eQuality sales, I continuously work with our project managers to ensure customer satisfaction. Obviously, all our work is aimed to add value to our customer's business, so we must make sure we're always on the same page with our customer's goals, priorities, and plans, and deliver everything they need on time.
It is really great that I can travel, meet new people, learn about their businesses, their ideas, what they're doing and all the excitement and challenges of their work. It's a really good feeling to know that we can help other businesses with our IT knowledge and experience.
This is not just about coding, deployment, and other technical stuff. This is about relationships, openness, and will to make someone's life better. There is no sense in programs themselves, until they help to make someone's life better and work easier.
Besides my work, the main passion and devotion of my lifetime is for my family. I've done many funny things in my life such as playing bass in the rock band, or working in regional drag-racing organization committee... But whatever I did or do now, I spend most of my time with wife and kids - cooking dinners on the weekends, playing games, helping kids learn something new, going to theaters or cinemas, or travelling on vacations together. Some may think I'm a homebody... And they're right! But I enjoy it.
